One Demand for our Modernized Declaration of Sentiments

It’s amazing and completely ridiculous that I even have to put this as one of my requests for our declaration, but I guess, even today, the world is still an unfair place for women. I would like to demand that any and all women have the right to choose what to do with their bodies in the same way a man does. I demand no regulations on a woman’s body or her right to abortion, birth control, etc.

Also, I found it really interesting that in the Native American cultures in the 1800’s, men never raped women. I guess it’s interesting because I’ve been somewhat conditioned to believe that there is something in men that makes them have less control over themselves than women. So I also want to demand that we’re harsher on rape and stop asking women what they were wearing. I don’t think that’s too much to ask.
